Busbar Insulation (DC 60–1,000 V)
Battery racks and DC buses in ESS cabinets carry continuous high current in limited space. Our RF9 polyolefin busbar heat-shrink tube covers DC 60 V – 1,000 V / AC 25 V – 660 V, improving insulation and protecting against flashover or accidental discharge on circular and rectangular copper or aluminum busbars.

Silicone coated fiberglass sleeving (RF1 / RF2) delivers Class H thermal headroom and dielectric strength for high-voltage cable runs between modules, racks and PCS units.

Power conversion system cabinets concentrate voltage and heat. Acrylic coated sleeving (RF8) and expandable silicone sleeving (RF4) organize and protect DC/AC wiring, with VW-1 flame-retardant performance.
